Are social events free for registrants to attend?

The Welcome reception is offered to the participants who confirmed their attendance. The Conference Dinner is a paying event and costs EUR 80.-

At the time of registration, please sign up for events that you are interested in.

If you have not registered for an event and still would like to attend, please download the Mobile App and add/buy your ticket(s) there until the 8th of May 2025 or until the event is sold out.

If you would like to cancel an event, please contact us at  [email protected]. No sales will be available onsite.
